From there the circulation lines are pressure tested one at a time, which isolates a failed suction or return line without touching the shell. If the lines hold, the shell is the problem, and dye testing at the skimmer throat, the light housing, the returns and any visible cracking finds where water is drawing through. Listening equipment picks up flow in buried lines that pressure testing has flagged.
